We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intermediate Geotechnical Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will contribute to the design, analysis, and implementation of geotechnical solutions for a variety of infrastructure and construction projects. Your expertise will help ensure the safety, stability, and sustainability of ground-related engineering works. Responsibilities

Conduct site investigations, including soil sampling and laboratory testing, to gather essential geotechnical data

Analyze subsurface conditions using advanced modeling techniques and geotechnical software tools

Prepare detailed reports, technical memos, and project documentation to communicate findings clearly and effectively

Assist in designing foundations, retaining structures, and earthworks by applying principles of soil mechanics and system design

Collaborate with project managers, civil engineers, and construction teams to develop practical solutions that meet safety and regulatory standards

Utilize AutoCAD for drafting schematics, cross-sections, and construction details related to geotechnical designs

Support project management activities such as scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure timely project delivery

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering with a focus on geotechnics, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred

Proven experience in geotechnical investigations, laboratory testing, and fieldwork





Strong mechanical knowledge relevant to soil-structure interaction and ground improvement techniques

Proficiency in geotechnical software tools such as PLAXIS or GeoStudio for modeling and analysis

Knowledge of CAD software including AutoCAD for creating detailed schematics and drawings

Familiarity with programming languages like Python or MATLAB for data analysis and scripting purposes

Experience with construction practices, systems engineering principles, and project management methodologies

Hands-on laboratory experience with soil testing procedures is highly desirable

Excellent data collection skills coupled with the ability to interpret complex datasets accurately

Strong research capabilities to stay current with emerging geotechnical methods and standards
