Support clients overnight with compassionate, 1-on-1 care as a Health Care Aide at The Compassion Network in Southwest Edmonton. You’ll provide essential personal care and emotional support during awake overnight shifts.

The Compassion Network seeks a dedicated Health Care Aide to join their team for overnight shifts, working 9 PM to 9 AM, seven nights a week. You will assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and safety through effective care. Your role integrates communication with healthcare professionals to enrich client well-being and foster a supportive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personal care for daily living activities
• Manage meal preparation and light housekeeping




• Ensure a safe and secure environment overnight
• Document updates and necessary information timely
• Perform all duties with compassion and integrity

Requirements:
• Valid Health Care Aide (HCA) registration
• Current CPR/BCLS certification required
• Must communicate in English and another Asian language
• Basic computer skills for documentation
• 1 year of clinical or mental health experience preferred
