Join Jardeg’s team at the Cenovus Birch Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant in Conklin, Alberta, as a Pipefitter Journeyperson. This role requires expertise in PVC and HDPE piping systems.

As a Pipefitter Journeyperson, you will work on rehabilitation projects including condition assessments, repairs, and upgrades. The position is organized with a schedule of 9 days on and 5 days off with camp accommodations provided. Your skills in interpreting drawings, welding, and testing systems for leaks will be essential for project success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Read and interpret blueprints for effective layout planning
• Cut openings for pipes using power tools safely
• Select, cut, bend, and thread pipes as per specifications
• Fabricate piping systems through welding and soldering
• Test piping systems for leaks using specialized equipment

Requirements:
• Pipefitter Journeyperson or Inter-Provincial Red Seal Certification
• CSTS 2020 with WHMIS training
• H2S Alive and ESC Confined Space certifications
• Experience with PVC and HDPE pipes
• Legally entitled to work in Canada
