Role Overview:

- The Onsite Engineer / Coordinator serves as the critical link between the client’s engineering team and the offshore delivery team for aerospace structural design projects.
- This role ensures seamless coordination, compliance with aerospace standards, and timely delivery of high-quality engineering outputs across aircraft programs.

Education:





- Bachelor’s / master’s degree in aerospace / mechanical engineering
- 8–10 years’ experience
- Senior Engineer / Lead Engineer (only if aligned with JD level)

Technical Skills

Strong understanding of

- Aircraft structures and materials (metallic & sheet metal)
- Structural design principles and load paths
- Stress analysis fundamentals
- Hands-on experience with:
- CATIA (mandatory)
- ENOVIA
- Drawing standards and GD&T;
- Domain Knowledge
- Familiarity with:
- Aircraft certification requirements (FAR/CS 25)
- Engineering change processes (ECR/ECO)
