We’re looking for someone who enjoys staying busy, has a great eye for content, and isn’t afraid to jump into whatever needs doing. One moment you might be helping prepare customer orders, the next you could be filming a new launch or capturing a behind-the-scenes moment that deserves to live on Instagram.

This role is a mix of creative work and hands-on production. No two days are quite the same, and that’s exactly how we like it.

What you’ll be doing:

Content

- Capture behind-the-scenes moments throughout the day
- Film and edit Reels, TikToks, Stories and short-form videos
- Help brainstorm creative ideas
- Stay on top of social media trends and bring fresh ideas to the team

Production

- Fill and label products
- Prepare and package customer orders
- Organize inventory and supplies
- Help maintain a clean, efficient workspace
- Pitch in wherever needed
