HEABC is seeking an Executive Director to lead Compensation and Classification Services in British Columbia. Reporting to the VP, this role shapes provincial compensation strategies, policy development, and service delivery for health-sector employers.
You will direct governance, ensure alignment with legislation, and engage with member organizations, unions, and government. A CCP/CPHR or equivalent level of expertise is preferred, with 10–15 years of senior leadership experience.
