This role leads delivery across payment runs, invoice ingestion, payables, receivables, and commission settlements while coordinating business, finance, and technology stakeholders. The project includes integration across ERP platforms, invoice processing tools, and third-party vendors to support scalable and centralized payment operations.

Must Haves

10+ years in project management or program management

Finance systems , ERP , and payment system initiative delivery

System integration , vendor management , and business transformation

PMP or PRINCE2 certification

Nice to Have

Strong delivery execution and financial acumen

Excellent stakeholder management and communication

Ability to manage complex integrated environments

Strong risk and dependency management

Responsibilities

Lead delivery of automation initiatives across payment runs, invoice ingestion, payables, receivables, and commission settlements

Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, and critical path activities

Oversee integration across ERP platforms, source systems, and invoice processing tools

Coordinate delivery across internal teams and third-party vendors

Partner with Finance, Technology, and Operations teams to define requirements and priorities

Maintain project governance, reporting, and controls

Identify and manage delivery risks, vendor dependencies,



resource constraints, and integration challenges
