This role reports directly to the Vice President, Manufacturing and Operations, overseeing staffing, production, and safety. You will manage operations in a complex environment, emphasizing workforce engagement and operational performance. Your leadership will ensure that manufacturing assets remain agile and resilient, aligning with both customer and shareholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead overall manufacturing operations and staff management
• Ensure high operational, financial, quality, and customer service targets




• Execute operational improvement initiatives for efficiency
• Promote safety and compliance throughout the organization
• Foster a culture of trust and engagement among teams

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• 15+ years in operational leadership
• Experience in unionized manufacturing
• Proven success in managing complex operations
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma
