Position OverviewThe Final Assembler is responsible for the final assembly of trolleys in the department for flights. Each group of trolleys is assembled according to the type and size of the flight for which they are being used. A Final Assembler may assemble up to 100 flights per shift working either as a team or individually.ResponsibilitiesCheck flight bills to determine the items required for each flight.Assemble trolleys brought from builders, staging them by flight number.Add headsets, hampers, and satchels as requested to complete each flight.Push fully assembled flights into the cold room and mark the flight as complete on the board.Job Specific RequirementsExcellent attention to detailAbility to multi‑taskProfessional interaction with customersWork ConditionsExposure to extreme temperature changes and noiseMust be able to lift, push, pull, and move product, equipment, and supplies up to 50 poundsMust be able to work at heights up to 25 feet or more depending on aircraftRegularly stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during shifts of 8 or more hoursAdditional RequirementsWork assigned schedule, including multiple shifts, weekends,
