We cover roles in accounting, finance, and payroll. I am currently seeking a Real Estate Chief Accountant for my client based on the South Shore. This is a permanent hybrid position.

Mission

Manage and coordinate a team responsible for day-to-day accounting operations and bookkeeping

Oversee the entire accounting cycle and ensure the quality of financial reports

Lead monthly closing processes in accordance with established deadlines





Analyze and validate financial statements, including variances and balance sheet items

Ensure the reliability and integrity of financial data for managed entities

Work closely with operational teams to ensure the effective flow of financial information

Your profile

College degree in accounting or a related field

Relevant accounting experience, with some experience supervising a team (a plus)

Ability to manage priorities, work under pressure, and meet strict deadlines

Robust analytical skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written

Proficiency in Excel and computer skills

Location Brossard , QC

Work location On site

Salary $ 90,000 to $ 100,000 YEAR annually
