Automation Developer / QA Automation Analyst
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scriptsDevelop and execute UI, API,
and end-to-end automated test casesPerform API testing using RestAssured and PostmanImplement behavior-driven testing using Cucumber and TestNGCollaborate with development and QA teams to ensure test coverage and quality standardsIntegrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelinesManage test execution, defect tracking, and reportingParticipate in Agile ceremonies and support release validation activitiesMaintain automation frameworks and improve testing efficiency
Must-Have SkillsHands-on experience with Selenium, RestAssured, Cucumber, TestNG, and PostmanStrong programming skills in Java and/or PythonExperience with Maven or Gradle build toolsWorking knowledge of Git/GitHub and CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions or JenkinsExperience with test and defect management tools such as JIRA, qTest, or ALMStrong understanding of automation testing principles and best practicesExperience with API, UI, and integration testingStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and collaboration skills
Nice-to-Have SkillsExposure to SQL, JDBC, and database testingExperience with Docker and containerized environmentsKnowledge of OpenShift (OCP)Exposure to Windows Server environmentsFamiliarity with DevOps and cloud-based testing practices
Salary Range - CA$ 90,000 - CA$ 110,000 Per Year
