As a Defence Compliance Advisor at Fleetway, you will serve as a crucial subject matter expert overseeing compliance from bid stages to program execution. Key Responsibilities:
• Review regulatory and contractual compliance in proposals
• Analyze obligations under ITAR/EAR and Controlled Goods Program
• Conduct assessments of current processes against compliance standards
• Collaborate with teams to design compliant processes
• Monitor regulatory changes and advise stakeholders
Requirements:
• College diploma in related field or equivalent
• 8+ years in defence or regulated industries
• Robust knowledge of export controls and compliance frameworks
• Experience translating contract requirements into operations
• Familiarity with CGP registration preferred
