Join Redpath as a Journeyperson Electrician on the Voisey’s Bay project. This role focuses on installing and maintaining electrical systems in a challenging underground mining setting.

Located on the east coast of Labrador, this position offers a 14-on, 14-off rotation. As part of a dedicated team, you'll be supervised by a Lead Journeyperson Electrician while working with high voltage systems, PLCs, and communication technologies. Your expertise will help maintain vital infrastructure during shifts of 12 hours.

Key Responsibilities:
• Install and maintain electrical equipment in underground mines
• Troubleshoot ventilation fans and mine pumps effectively
• Read and comprehend electrical drawings accurately
• Perform emergency repairs to minimize downtime
• Train new employees and apprentices on procedures

Requirements:
• Red Seal Electrician certificate of competence
• 5+ years of underground mining experience
• Ontario Hard Rock Underground Core certification or equivalent
• Ability to multi-task and work safely
• Effective communication skills for team collaboration
