You’ll work inbound leads (no prospecting required) and handle a steady flow of conversations, turning questions into quotes and quotes into loyal customers.

Compensation

$50,000 to $70,000 in salary + recent business commission

Responsibilities

Manage a steady flow of leads for home and auto insurance clients

Provide clients with personal lines insurance guidance, quotes, and coverages

Build trust quickly, uncover needs, and confidently close new business

Maintain and grow relationships through strong follow up and ongoing account support





Collaborate closely with service, sales, and business development teammates to keep the client experience seamless.

Qualifications

At least 2-5 years’ experience in personal lines insurance sales

RIBO license (or an OTL License with willingness to obtain RIBO License)

Confident phone presence with strong listening, consultative selling, and closing skills

Customer first mindset with a talent for explaining coverage clearly and calmly
