Summit Decommissioning Services is seeking an experienced Lead Crew Hand. You will support the Field Level Supervisor by managing daily operations and guiding labourers in decommissioning tasks. This physically demanding role requires strong leadership and hands-on experience in pipeline and facility maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Safely operate a 2 ton crew truck with knuckle picker
• Lead and delegate tasks to the field crew
• Provide hands-on support during pipeline/facility projects
• Assist with daily reporting and documentation
• Mobilize and operate necessary equipment as required

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in pipeline/facility decommissioning
• Valid class 5 driver’s license with a clean record
• Robust safety awareness and hazard recognition
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
