Seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician with OB experience to provide comprehensive primary, acute, and maternity care in Washington’s Tri-Cities region, offering the opportunity to practice broad-scope medicine, build lasting patient relationships, and make a meaningful impact in a close-knit community.
Position Highlights: Full-time Family Medicine Physician opportunity with OB responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary, acute, chronic, and emergency care
Deliver maternity care and support inpatient, outpatient, and hospital-based services
Maintain a diverse scope of practice including medical, surgical, and obstetric care
Collaborate with a team of physicians, advanced practice providers, and healthcare professionals
Provide care across clinic, hospital, and community settings
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and peer review programs
Mentor physicians in training, PA’s, and FNPs
Enjoy a flexible schedule designed to support patient needs, hospital responsibilities, and professional development
Serve a close-knit community where physicians can make a visible and lasting impact
Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited medical school
Active Washington State medical license
Family Medicine training with OB experience
Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to comprehensive patient care
Interest in rural medicine and caring for diverse patient populations
Ability to collaborate effectively with physicians, advanced practice providers,



staff, and patients
Experience with electronic medical record systems
Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred but not required
Compensation & Benefits: Competitive compensation: $260K - $300K annually
