Responsibilities

- Supervise construction crews and subcontractors, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely
- Coordinate project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar construction management software to meet deadlines
- Review blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to guide in office activities and ensure accurate implementation
- Monitor quality control processes to uphold safety standards and construction specifications
- Manage project budgets by tracking expenses, controlling costs, and assisting with construction estimating
- Utilize ProCore and Bluebeam software for project documentation, reporting, and communication among stakeholders
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify work progress, adherence to plans, and compliance with safety regulations

Experience





- Proven supervising experience within the construction industry, demonstrating leadership in managing teams and projects
- Extensive construction experience with a strong understanding of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating
- Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6 or equivalent tools
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and safety protocols on active job sites
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately
- Experience in budgeting, cost tracking, and resource allocation within large-scale projects
