The successful candidate's responsibilities will include: Provide administrative support to the team.
Request, collect, and file mill certificates from suppliers; reconcile to the purchase order and part number.
Verify certificates for accurate data. Contact suppliers for missing information.
Log and store certificates in a centralized, searchable file accessible to cross-functional teams.
Scan mill certificates received by receiving in and itemize for accurate record keeping when necessary.
Annual
Collection of Supplier onboarding and recertification documents, reach out to suppliers, file and maintain database.
Daily KPI tracking and benchmarking.
Assist with Monthly and Quarterly reports as requested.
Perform miscellaneous duties as required.
The ideal candidate for this position will have:
Grade 12 education (or equivalent) plus a minimum of 1-year related experience.
Administration Course or Certificate Program or experience is an asset.
Ability to work within quick-paced deadline-oriented environment. Ability to manage multiple tasks in an environment of rapid change and shifting priorities. Excellent computer skills - MS Office applications.
Strong multitasking skills and proven ability to meet tight deadlines.
Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
Possesses strong customer service skills, both verbal and written.
Has strong work ethic and integrity.
