Overview

We are seeking a friendly and professional Server to join our dynamic team in a lively restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences. Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in serving and hospitality, is highly valued.

Duties

- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests are noted
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining presentation standards
- Assist with food preparation and refilling beverages as needed
- Ensure timely delivery of orders to guests’ tables
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including table settings and service stations
- Follow all food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during service hours
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales

Skills

- Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred, especially in serving roles
- Solid customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Knowledge of the food industry, including food safety standards and proper handling techniques
- Experience with food preparation and food handling procedures
- Barista experience or familiarity with beverage service is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Hospitality-minded attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when needed
