You'll play an important part in supporting the full recruitment process, helping to connect top talent with exciting career opportunities across Canada. This is for a current opening. It is a 6 month contract position.
Salary range: 50,000-60,000 based on experience. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A TALENT ACQUISITION COORDINATOR As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you bring organization, curiosity, and a touch of creativity to every day. You manage job postings, review resumes, and schedule interviews while keeping candidates and hiring teams informed and on track.
You're the go-to person for making sure the details are right, from maintaining accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System to ensuring every candidate communication feels professional and timely. You collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and the TA Manager to keep processes running smoothly and support projects that make our team even more efficient. Whether you're updating reports, coordinating interviews, or helping improve our candidate experience, you take pride in keeping everything moving seamlessly behind the scenes.
Qualifications 2 or more years of experience in administration or coordination roles, preferably supporting recruitment or HR processes
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in Business Administration or Human Resources an asset
Intermediate proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and related recruitment tools
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite for communication, scheduling, and tracking
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service mindset
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced and evolving environment
Passion for delivering a positive candidate experience and supporting employer brand initiatives
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across teams
Basic knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices
