The Talking

Together program, funded by the Ministry of Children and Youth Services, aims to empower families through a Circle process. As a facilitator, you will conduct Circles to help families achieve resolutions without litigation. Candidates should have a background in social work or related fields, with excellent communication skills, and experience working with NAN and First Nation communities. Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate Circle meetings for families to resolve issues
- Empower families through the Talking Together program




- Communicate effectively in both oral and written forms
- Travel to the James Bay Area as needed
- Utilize MS Office software and general office equipment Requirements:
- Minimum secondary school diploma with relevant experience
- Preferred degree in social work or related field
- Experience in legal systems an asset
- Knowledge of NAN and First Nation cultural contexts
