About the Position

Edmundston Taxi is looking for reliable, professional, and customer-focused Taxi Drivers to join our team. The successful candidates will provide safe, friendly, and dependable transportation services to passengers throughout Edmundston and surrounding area

We are looking for drivers who take pride in providing excellent customer service and are comfortable working independently in a fast-paced workplace.

Responsibilities

- Safely transport passengers to their requested destinations.
- Provide professional, courteous, and friendly customer service.
- Maintain a clean and presentable taxi vehicle.
- Follow all applicable New Brunswick transportation and safety regulations.
- Assist passengers with luggage or other reasonable needs when required.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and follow assigned trips.
- Maintain accurate trip and payment information.
- Provide timely and reliable service to customers.
- Maintain knowledge of Edmundston and surrounding areas.
- Report any vehicle or safety issues to management promptly.

Requirements




- Valid New Brunswick Class 4 Driver's Licence.
- Clean and acceptable driving record.
- Previous taxi, rideshare, delivery, or professional driving experience is an asset.
- Positive knowledge of Edmundston and surrounding areas.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Professional, friendly, and respectful attitude.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Ability to work independently.
- Availability for day and/or night shifts, including weekends when required.
- French-speaking candidates are preferred, but not required.
