Role Description The Team Lead/Key Holder is a part-time, on-site role based in Regina, SK, responsible for supporting daily store operations and delivering an excellent customer experience. This role includes opening and closing the store as a key holder, handling cash procedures, and ensuring adherence to company policies.

The Team

Lead/Key Holder guides and supports team members on the sales floor, assists with merchandising and replenishment, and helps achieve sales and service targets. Day-to-day tasks include engaging customers, providing product knowledge, maintaining store cleanliness and visual standards,



and assisting with training new team members as needed.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and retail sales skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with diverse customers.
- Experience in basic leadership or supervisory responsibilities, including supporting team members and modeling positive behaviors.
- Reliability in handling key holder duties, such as opening/closing procedures and accurate cash handling.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail for merchandising, stock management, and store presentation.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Comfort standing for extended periods and performing light physical tasks such as stocking and product placement.
- Previous retail or customer-facing experience is an asset; experience in beauty, skincare, or ethical/values-based brands is a plus.
- Availability to work a flexible part time schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
