- Cover absences of the Transition Services Supervisor
- Assist in hiring and training Youth Care Practitioners
- Complete administrative duties assigned by the Supervisor
- Coordinate information distribution and scheduling
- Mentor staff and promote career development Requirements:
- Post-secondary education or related experience
- Knowledge of the Child and Family Services system
- Experience with vulnerable youth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in Emergency First Aid and CPR Level C Lead with compassion and cultural respect to support youth growth at The Link.
