Job Title: Project Coordinator - Print Production & Business Development

Closing Date: August 31, 2026 2:00 p.m.

Job Start Date: Immediately

Location: Downtown Toronto

Employment Type: Full-Time, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday) 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM;

30 minute paid break included

Role Overview
We are seeking a versatile, detail-oriented team player to join Accessible Printing. This is a unique role that combines hands-on technical production including operating specialized machinery for braille and accessible formats with critical administrative support for our sales and client solution

The successful candidate will ensure that accessibility standards (AODA) are met while keeping our internal sales operations running smoothly. We provide full training on our specialized products and industry standard

Key Responsibilities

Operate printing and finishing equipment to produce accessible materials, including braille documents and large-print documents

Follow work-order specifications to ensure all jobs are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with AODA (Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act) standard

Contribute to print production workflows, including file preparation and pre-press support (Adobe Acrobat, Illustrator, etc.)

Perform basic troubleshooting and problem-solving for production machine

Lead and support the development of RFPs, proposals, and tender submissions, including writing, formatting, editing, and assembling full documentation packages

Fulfill requests for product literature and samples for prospects

Assist in stakeholder engagement and client communication throughout project lifecycles

Track project timelines, deliverables, and action items to support efficient project management and execution

Experience, Qualifications and Professional Characteristics

A post-secondary degree or diploma in Business, Graphic Design, Marketing or a related field

2 to 5 years of experience





Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is an asset

Solid negotiation abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for both internal collaboration and client interaction

A creative thinker and self-starter with a winning attitude

A high degree of attention to detail is essential when working with braille and accessible formatting where accuracy is non-negotiable

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting ability

Ability to work well within a team environment

Comfortable learning to operate specialized printing hardware and accessibility software

Bilingualism English/French is an asset
