This full time role seeks a licensed candidate experienced in handling disputes while leading a small team. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily residential property management operations
• Manage tenant and landlord relationships throughout their lifecycle
• Conduct showings, application processes, and tenant onboarding




• Coordinate repairs and maintenance for tenant issues
• Prepare and send invoices to clients

Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years in real estate property management
• At least 2 years licensed property management in B.C.
• Direct involvement in 3 tenant disputes
• Leadership experience supervising minimum 2 people
• Valid BC Driver’s License and property management license required
