About the Opportunity
Prepare and manage monthly construction financing draws.
Coordinate with Quantity Surveyors (QS), lenders, and cost consultants on draw packages and cost-to-complete reporting.
Build and maintain project budgets, cash flow forecasts, and budget-to-actual reporting.
Prepare quarterly investor reporting packages and financial updates.
Manage construction insurance administration, including Certificates of Insurance (COIs), policy renewals, and lender compliance.
Partner with internal stakeholders to support multiple active residential developments.
About You
Experience with construction financing and lender draws.
Project finance experience within residential or commercial real estate.
Experience working with Quantity Surveyors (QS) and cost-to-complete reporting.
Solid project budgeting, financial analysis,



and advanced Excel skills.
CPA designation (or progress toward), CFA, or MBA is an asset.
Experience with QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics, or BuildBase is considered an asset.
