You will also mentor team members to foster professional growth as well as contribute to business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead client engagements in international corporate tax
• Provide expertise on offshore tax and assurance issues




• Advise on effective corporate structures and financing
• Perform modeling for international acquisitions
• Manage client portfolios and enhance relationships

Requirements:
• CPA designation required
• Master’s degree in taxation or law preferred
• 4-5 years of public accounting or tax consulting experience
• Extensive knowledge of international tax compliance
