As an integral member of our winemaking team, you'll work closely with the Senior Winemaker throughout every stage—from harvest to bottling. Your focus will be on quality and precision, immersing yourself in both the science and artistry of winemaking. This position suits those eager to develop their technical skills while contributing to winemaking decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Receive, sort, crush, and press premium fruit
• Monitor fermentations and maintain production records
• Assist with blending trials and wine evaluation




• Support harvest planning and execute cellar operations
• Clean and sanitize winery equipment to the highest standards

Requirements:
• Minimum five harvests in a commercial winery
• Degree in Oenology, Viticulture, or related field
• Robust sensory evaluation and wine assessment skills
• Experience operating cellar equipment and forklifts
• Ability to lift 50 lbs during busy harvests
