Lead the Kaye Edmonton Clinic Neurosciences team as a Clinic Manager. In this managerial role, you will oversee clinic activities and foster strong stakeholder relationships for optimal patient care.

As the Clinic Manager for KEC Neurosciences, you will report directly to the Program Manager of Ambulatory Care Programs. Your leadership will encompass directing clinic operations and developing strategic plans to achieve goals for the Ambulatory Care Portfolio. You will build impactful relationships with various stakeholders, including physicians and HR, ensuring quality and process improvement in patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct daily clinic operations and activities
• Cultivate relationships with internal and external partners




• Support quality improvement initiatives and program development
• Contribute to strategic planning for ambulatory services
• Provide leadership for effective decision-making

Requirements:
• BScN or equivalent nursing/allied health education
• Active CRNA registration or equivalent eligibility
• Minimum 5 years clinical experience with 3-5 years in management
• Robust communication and leadership skills
• Experience in acute or ambulatory settings
