The Town of Caledon seeks a Programmer for its Specialty Programs, reporting to the Supervisor of Community Programs. In this role, you'll develop and deliver community-focused recreational initiatives that support individuals with diverse needs and ensure secure, engaging experiences. Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate in planning and executing diverse recreation programs
• Provide behavior management for individuals with disabilities




• Work with staff to implement inclusive year-round programs
• Analyze recreation program requirements and present recommendations
• Liaise with community partners and respond to inquiries

Requirements:
• Post-secondary diploma or degree in Recreation Studies
• Minimum one year of progressive experience in recreation programming
• Excellent communication skills for diverse interactions
• Valid G class driver’s license and access to a vehicle
• Flexibility for after-hours facility work and travel
