Reporting to the Senior Fixed Maintenance Planner, the Parts Coordinator is essential for efficiently managing maintenance materials and ensuring optimal operations. You will work with suppliers and internal teams, maintaining precise inventory records while expediting urgent requests. This role requires solid organizational skills and a proactive approach to minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities:
• Transport critical parts to maintenance teams promptly
• Verify and organize incoming materials for operations
• Track and expedite delayed or backordered parts




• Collaborate with technicians to determine necessary parts
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for inventory and deliveries

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in parts coordination or inventory management
• Knowledge of procurement processes and inventory control
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Capacity to lift up to 50lbs and work in extreme weather
