Key Responsibilities: Provide detailed information to prospective buyers about the company’s high rise residential condos.
Conduct property tours and showcase developments, emphasizing key selling points.

Follow up on leads and maintain a sales pipeline to convert prospects into buyers.
Negotiate terms, prepare sales contracts, and finalize deals.

Deliver top-tier after-sales support to foster long-term client relationships.
What We're Looking For: Proven sales experience in real estate or brokerage
Must be a licensed broker
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Strong customer service mindset with a passion for relationship building.
Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
