As a key team member, you will report to the Senior Director of Health & Safety while overseeing initiatives at Hydro, Wind, and Solar facilities in Western Canada and the USA. Your experience in health and safety compliance will be essential in implementing the Health & Safety Management System, drafting procedures, and providing site-specific training. You will also conduct risk assessments and support incident investigations to uphold safety regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement Health & Safety Management System effectively
• Conduct site safety risk assessments and observations




• Provide guidance on occupational health & safety compliance
• Organize and conduct training sessions on safety procedures
• Prepare H&S; reports and track initiatives

Requirements:
• 3-5 years in Occupational Health & Safety
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
• Valid class 5 driver’s license
• Robust skills in risk assessment and incident investigation
• Ability to travel to various facilities
