We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer for our Wellingborough site with travel to customer locations. Deliver high-standard repairs while ensuring effective communication and compliance with H&S; procedures.

This is an essential role for individuals with experience in manufacturing or fitting UPVC window frames and doors. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a conscientious work ethic. Flexibility in approach and good timekeeping are crucial, along with the ability to record service updates and inspect repairs accurately.

Key Responsibilities:
• Travel to customer sites for inspections and repairs
• Clearly state needed parts and remedial works
• Report service difficulties and updates
• Document work completed and outline next steps
• Maintain compliance with H&S; procedures

Requirements:
• Full UK driving licence with no more than six points
• Minimum age of twenty-one
• Previous experience in UPVC fitting
• Ability to learn recent products
• Excellent attention to detail
