Director, Enterprise Strategy

$140,000 – $155,000 CAD (dependent on experience)

Our client is a large, globally established financial services organization with a strong presence across multiple markets. The firm is undergoing a period of strategic growth and transformation, with a focus on strengthening enterprise-wide alignment, expanding into new markets, and driving long-term value creation. The strategy function plays a highly visible role, partnering closely with executive leadership and governance bodies to shape key business decisions.

What you will achieve in this role:

• Support the development and execution of enterprise-level strategic priorities in partnership with senior leadership


• Lead and contribute to high-impact initiatives, including market expansion, business transformation, and corporate development efforts


• Facilitate strategic planning cycles, including preparation for executive and board-level discussions


• Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking to inform decision-making


• Translate complex insights into explicit, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders


• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between corporate strategy and business unit objectives


• Prepare executive-level materials, including presentations and briefing documents for leadership forums


• Act as a key contributor in driving strategic initiatives from concept through execution

What you must bring to this role:

• 8+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or strategic transformation roles


• Background in a top-tier consulting firm or large, complex organization preferred


• Strong track record of working on enterprise-wide strategic initiatives


• Demonstrated ability to influence and communicate effectively with senior executives


• Experience supporting or leading strategic planning processes
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to synthesize complex information


• High level of ownership, with the ability to independently drive workstreams


• Undergraduate degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is an asset
