This is a hands‑on leadership role supporting every aspect of the employee experience across our two manufacturing facilities. You 'll lead payroll, recruitment, employee relations, health & safety administration, compliance, HR systems, and process improvement while partnering closely with leaders to solve operational challenges and strengthen the organization. Success in this role comes from understanding the business first. You 'll spend time on the production floor, build strong relationships with leaders and employees, identify opportunities before they become problems, and implement practical solutions that improve both the employee experience and operational effectiveness.This isn 't a highly structured corporate HR environment.
