TD is seeking a senior compensation and HR M&A; advisor in Toronto to lead HR due diligence for transactions, interface with senior executives, and advise on HR-related aspects of deals. You will own the HR diligence workstream, develop business cases, and collaborate with Corporate Development, Transactions Legal and HR partners.
You will influence decisions, ensure compliance, and build tools and processes to support rapid, accurate HR outcomes throughout deal cycles.
