Microchip Technology is seeking a hands-on Principal Systems Validation Engineer experienced in SoC validation. This role focuses on developing, executing, and documenting tests to validate hardware performance. As part of a global organization, you will lead technical activities, mentor junior engineers, and leverage AI tools to enhance testing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Integrate SoC hardware and firmware into system solutions
• Develop and execute feature-level tests against design specs
• Build and maintain validation infrastructure including test scripts




• Lead technical activities and mentor junior engineers
• Present technical information to internal and external audiences

Requirements:
• 10 years of silicon/SoC validation experience
• Solid programming skills in C/C++ and Python
• Hands-on experience with high-speed test equipment
• SoC system-level debug skills with firmware and hardware
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering or Computer Science
