Reporting to the Regional General Manager, you will manage preventative and corrective maintenance activities at ACE Casino. Your expertise will be crucial in coordinating work orders and performing repairs in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. Collaboration with internal teams and external contractors will be essential to minimize downtime and enhance facility operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and execute maintenance activities across casino properties
• Perform general building maintenance, including repairs and landscaping




• Administer the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• Respond to emergency maintenance and troubleshooting issues
• Collaborate with various teams for operational updates

Requirements:
• Minimum three years in building or facilities maintenance
• High school diploma or equivalent experience required
• Valid Alberta Class 5 Driver’s License
• Robust knowledge of preventative maintenance practices
• Ability to work independently and in teams
