FGF Brands seeks a Process Engineer to enhance production lines in a quick-paced food manufacturing environment. Focus on safety, quality, and efficiency across projects conducted with the Engineering team.

You will play a pivotal role in developing and assessing processes while ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and GMP standards. This role requires troubleshooting complex process issues and implementing measures to enhance product quality and optimize production. Collaborating with Product Development and cross-functional teams, your insights will drive significant operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and assess production line processes and equipment
• Uphold health and safety, and production quality standards




• Troubleshoot major process issues beyond the team's capabilities
• Implement control measures to enhance product quality
• Collaborate with teams to understand operational challenges

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• 2-5 years in food manufacturing or similar industries
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies preferred
• Experience with data collection and process tracking
• Valid Ontario G driver’s license for travel between sites
