Tasks: Collect data to identify areas for improvement within an organization's IT infrastructure. Develop and implement a strategic blueprint to follow when deploying databases within their organization. Develop and maintain computer databases. Develop and implement data administration policy, standards and models. Research and document data requirements, data collection and administration policy, and data access rules. Develop policies and procedures for network access and usage and for the backup and recovery of data. Write scripts related to stored procedures and triggers.
