Responsibilities (English)
- Manage the full accounts receivable cycle, from invoicing through collection
- Process customer payments and reconcile accounts receivable balances
- Monitor overdue accounts and follow up with clients regarding outstanding invoices
- Investigate billing discrepancies and coordinate resolutions with internal stakeholders
- Prepare and maintain aging reports
