Role Description The Telemarketing Specialist is a full-time, Hybrid position based in Vancouver, BC. In this role, the specialist will conduct outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote products, generate leads, and identify sales opportunities.

Daily activities include following up on inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring a positive customer experience during each interaction. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, collaborating with sales and customer service teams,



and meeting defined call and conversion targets.

The Telemarketing

Specialist will support sales campaigns, gather customer feedback, and contribute to initiatives that drive revenue growth and strengthen customer relationships.

Qualifications

- Strong Sales and Lead Generation skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and close or qualify leads.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with a skilled phone manner.
- Comfort working with phone systems and CRM tools, and ability to manage call lists and activity tracking.
- Proven ability to meet performance targets and work effectively in a rapid-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or a similar customer contact role is an asset.
- Knowledge of the electrical industry or distribution environment is an advantage but not mandatory.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business or a related field is an asset.
