Building Operations & Maintenance: Coordinating with property management for day-to-day tasks
Vendor Management:Ability to evaluate third-party contractors.
Health & Safety Compliance: Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal building regulations and safety codes.
Space Management : Overseeing renovations, office moves, and space allocation.
Emergency Response : Developing emergency plans and acting as the main contact during building disruptions
