As a Data and Reporting Analyst in St. Paul, you will serve as the subject matter expert for post-closing data systems. Utilize your expertise in SQL, Power BI, and Excel to conduct complex data acts, ensuring accuracy and supporting vital decision-making within the Multifamily division. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting processes and contribute to significant operational impacts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as an SME for post-closing data systems
• Conduct complex data extraction and analysis using SQL




• Prepare datasets for external reporting submissions
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and governance
• Create and enhance analytical tools and dashboards

Requirements:
• Two years of experience in data analysis and reporting
• Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Microsoft Access
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Knowledge of data privacy principles
