Windana is seeking a dedicated AOD Clinician to deliver comprehensive care within a multidisciplinary setting. You will manage a caseload of residents, providing personalized treatment plans and facilitating group sessions. This position emphasizes trauma-informed care and utilizes various therapeutic modalities to empower clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop treatment and intervention plans aligned with client goals
• Provide case management, advocacy, and referrals to residents
• Conduct evidence-based therapeutic interventions and group supervision

Requirements:
