implementing practical solutions as requiredConduct regular site visits to monitor progress and support field teamsPrepare project reports, forecasts, change orders, progress billings, and supporting documentationEnsure all work complies with safety regulations, company standards, and contractual requirementsRequired Qualifications:Minimum of 4 years of project management or project coordination experience within civil construction, infrastructure, or groundworksProven experience managing project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and field operationsAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, contracts, and technical documentsStrong financial awareness, including cost tracking, forecasting, change management, and progress billingExcellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced, deadline-driven environmentStrong leadership skills with the ability to support and hold project teams accountableProficiency with AutoCAD and Civil3DValid Class 5 Driver’s Licence, clean driving abstract and the ability to travel to project sites as requiredBonus Points For:Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related disciplineFamiliarity with estimating, tendering, surveying, or construction layoutRight People.
