This position requires a proactive leader to manage day-to-day operations in the centralized patient scheduling office. You'll work closely with staff and management to ensure effective service delivery and support for front-line operations. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily operations of Patient Access functions
• Manage recruitment, retention, and performance of staff
• Utilize data from EPIC for staffing updates




• Support budget management through effective scheduling
• Monitor and improve office performance metrics

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare leadership experience
• Proficiency in Clinical Information Systems (e.g., Epic)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to coach and mentor team members
