What You'll Do Process customer orders and purchase orders
Coordinate shipments, deliveries, and office logistics
Maintain office supplies and administrative records
Answer customer inquiries and support daily office operations
Assist with various administrative projects as needed
What We're Looking For 1–2 years of office administration experience (preferred)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,



Outlook)
Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is an asset
Japanese language skills are an asset
